How to Complete the Vendor Verification Process

As part of the SafeSchool ID System, validating a vendor pass at school is a crucial security measure. This process ensures that only authorized vendors can access the school premises.

Steps to Validate the Pass

  1. Establish Relationship Between Vendor and School

  • Log in to the school account using the same method as described in the school login process

  • Navigate to the Vendors panel where you can invite vendors and manage cooperation with them

  • Click on 'Invite Vendor,' enter the vendor details (company name)

  1. Vendor Pass Verification

  • Once the relationship between the vendor and the school is established, the vendor can use their pass to access the school.

  • The vendor should present their pass, which includes a QR code, to the security guard at the school.

  • Click on 'Validate a Visitor' in the school interface.
