Welcome to the SafeSchool ID. As a Super Admin, you control all aspects of the system, including managing accounts, impersonating users for troubleshooting, and overseeing system logs.

Logging In
Navigate to the SafeSchool ID login page - https://app.safeschoolid.net/users/sign_in
Enter your Super Admin credentials (email and password).
Super Admin Dashboard
Once logged in, you will be directed to the Super Admin dashboard. Here, you can view and manage all critical elements of the system, including schools, vendors, and admins. You also have access to logs and can track purchases.
Managing Entities: Schools, Vendors, and Admins
From the Super Admin dashboard, you have access to comprehensive lists that detail all information about schools, vendors, and admins. These lists provide an extensive overview of the entities within the system, ensuring you have immediate access to any required data.
Viewing Details: You can view all pertinent details for schools, vendors, and admins from their respective lists. This includes names, contact information, and other key details.
Search Functionality: The lists are fully searchable, allowing you to quickly locate information using names or other relevant keywords.
Adding Schools and Vendors: You can start adding new schools, vendors, or admins directly from their respective lists. For detailed instructions, refer to the following links:

The access log provides a record of all access attempts, successful and unsuccessful logins, and intermediate steps taken within the system.

Impersonating Users
User Impersonation Feature
This feature allows you to log in as a specific school or vendor to make changes or troubleshoot issues without needing additional credentials.
Navigate to the list of schools or vendors, select the entity you wish to impersonate and access their profile, by clicking 'Login as' button
Click 'Login As' to access school, vendor, or admin details for troubleshooting or assisting entities with changes and updates Once you log in as a school or vendor, you will have access to their functionality, allowing you to troubleshoot, change, and edit data as needed. After completing your changes, click the 'Log out' button at the bottom of the screen to return to your Super Admin role
